Structural Welder (MIG/TIG)
A structural steel fabricator supplying bridge and industrial plant projects across the Southeast is staffing up for a multi-year contract award. Welders work indoors in a climate-managed shop on heavy plate and structural members, running primarily flux-core and MIG with some TIG on specialty alloys. All candidates complete a hands-on weld test before placement, and the shop pays a skill premium for welders who pass in multiple positions. Overtime is consistently available and the contract is funded through at least the next two fiscal years.
